A credit is granted and recorded for this course if the student’s grade is 50% or higher. The final grade for this course will be determined as follows:
- Seventy per cent (70%)of the grade will be based on student’s products, observation, and conversation conducted throughout this course. This portion of the grade should reflect the students’ most consistent level of achievement throughout the course, although special consideration should be given to the more recent evidence of achievement.
Thirty per cent (30%) of the grade will be based on a final evaluation in the form of a written examination, and a rich culminating performance task suitable to the course content and administered towards the end of the course.
